The Mini 2.0 wooden smoker is a compact solution for preparing natural smoked foods at home. It supports hot and cold smoking, as well as drying and curing, allowing you to prepare meat, fish, sausages, cheese and other products without preservatives and excess salt.

The body is made of linden wood, which retains heat well and does not affect the taste. The stainless steel inner chamber ensures durability and easy cleaning. A temperature sensor in the chamber and a thermocouple are installed to control the process, and a fan helps to dry the products evenly before smoking.

The smoker comes with everything you need to get started: a smoke generator with a compressor, a convection heater, crossbars and hooks for placing food, a condensate drain, shelf levels, a fan, operating instructions, and three packs of wood chips so you can start smoking right away.

Thanks to its moderate size, the smoker is convenient to use on a balcony, in the yard, at a summer cottage or in a private house. It allows you to get a natural taste without liquid smoke and artificial flavours.
