The Old School Family wooden smokehouse is designed for those who appreciate the authentic taste of smoked delicacies without complicated electronics. The design works on live heat from firewood, providing both hot and cold smoking, drying and cooking, allowing you to prepare a wide range of products – from aromatic meat and fish to homemade sausages and cheeses.
The chamber combines natural linden wood and stainless steel for optimal thermal insulation and durability, while the thick walls maintain a stable temperature throughout the entire cycle. The volume of about 84 litres allows you to process up to 10-15 kg of food at a time, and the set of crossbars and hooks allows you to conveniently place different types of food.
The built-in temperature sensor and the option of drying before smoking make the process controllable and predictable.
