Delivery of bulk orders abroad can be carried out by other logistics companies, which we select and coordinate with the order recipient.
6. Is there a return/exchange of goods?
Return of goods of proper quality can be made in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

10. How do I care for wooden products to ensure their long life?
It depends on the type of product: toys, furniture, lamps, etc.
When caring for wooden toys, focus on a natural approach. Here are some tips:
– The detergent should be mild and preferably of natural origin (e.g. a 1:10 solution of vinegar and water, eco-friendly dishwashing detergent or warm water and soap).
– Avoid prolonged contact of wood with water. Wooden toys should not be immersed in water, as wood easily absorbs moisture, which can lead to deformation and create favorable conditions for bacteria. In addition, the wood can dry out and crack, making the toy dangerous for the child. To clean wooden toys, wipe them with a damp cloth and air dry them.
– Three easy steps to clean: gently wipe the toy with a damp cloth and allow it to dry naturally after cleaning.
– Getting rid of stains. To remove stains, use a 1:1 solution of vinegar and water. To remove stains, use a 1:1 solution of vinegar and water. Spray the solution onto the stain with a spray bottle and gently wipe it off with a cloth. After that, dry the toy in the open air, without exposure to sunlight.
– Moisturising the wood. Use mineral or olive oil, as well as polishes based on beeswax. These natural and safe materials can be applied with a cloth or sponge.
Tips for caring for wooden furniture:
– Avoid temperature changes. For example, it is better not to put cups with hot drinks on a wooden table, but use special cup holders.
– Avoid humidity changes. If water spills, wipe it up immediately, and do not leave wet cloths on wooden furniture.
– Quality cleaning products. Do not save on cleaning products, because this is the key to a long "life" of wooden furniture.
– Treatment. From time to time, you should also treat your furniture with special polishing agents. This will protect the wood from the effects of environmental conditions (temperature, humidity), wear and tear, and changes in wood texture.
Do not forget to take care of wooden products and they will serve you for a very long time!

Please note! It is not possible to produce customised wood products by the piece (not applicable to furniture and large wood products), as the development of 3D models and product drawings, as well as the adaptation of production, is a time-consuming process and affects the final cost per unit.
