1. Selection of material. The first step is to choose a wood species. All types of wood have different textures, colors and strengths. Oak, ash, walnut, maple and beech are often used to make wooden stands due to their aesthetic appeal and strength. Our smartphone stands can be made of other wood species, if you, for example, want to create unique corporate gifts (minimum batch is 50 pieces).

2. Formation of blanks. By processing an unedged board on planing, milling and cutting machines, the board turns into flat bars suitable for further processing. This stage includes cutting the wood to the required size and shape.

3. Processing of blanks and creation of details. To create the forms of stands and figurines, we process the blanks, including milling to the size of the part, grinding and applying a longitudinal chamfer (rounding around the perimeter). This stage gives the wooden surface of the future product the desired texture and smoothness.

4. Milling of holes and reliefs of figurines. On the base of the stand, we cut out holes for connecting with figurines and a groove for attaching a smartphone, then laser engraves the logo. Finished parts undergo final grinding.

5. Coating. At this stage, the wooden stands are covered with natural oil-wax to highlight the natural texture of the wood and protect it from moisture. This coating allows to preserve the unique appearance of the wood texture.

6. Compilation and testing. The finished parts of the base and figures are assembled into a single stand and we check the stability of the smartphone in horizontal and vertical positions. Testing is carried out for each product, so you can be sure of the high quality and ergonomics of each stand.

7. Quality control. Before packaging and shipping to the customer, each stand is double-checked for quality, ensuring the high standard of wood products made by LIGNO.
