Wooden puzzle "Wedding in Petrykivka"

“Petrykivka Wedding” is a jigsaw puzzle that brings the soul of Ukrainian folk art to life. It is based on an original plate painted with patterns by the honoured artist Natalia Rybak, a winner of the Taras Shevchenko National Prize of Ukraine (2025). Her creative path is more than four decades of dedication to Petrykivka painting, a living tradition that dates back to the heart of Dnipro region, in the village of Petrykivka, since the 18th century.
Natalia Rybak is not only a keeper of the tradition, but also an active promoter of this art. She creates in the walls of the Petrykivka Folk Art Centre, shares her knowledge at masterclasses and exhibitions, spreading the beauty of Ukrainian decorative painting far beyond Ukraine.
This wooden puzzle is not just a game, but an aesthetic journey to the origins of Ukrainian culture. Each fragment contains the tenderness of a brushstroke, the energy of nature, and colourful harmony that captures the eye at first sight. The puzzle will be a great gift that will unite generations in a common activity and at the same time tell a story about our rich cultural roots.
