The wooden figurative puzzle "Space. Alexander Bogomazov" was created in collaboration with Mystetskyi Arsenal. The puzzle depicts a semi-figurative composition "Cosmos" (1910s), one of seven works by Alexander Bogomazov (1880-1930) kept at Mystetskyi Arsenal. The creative heritage of Bohomazov, a renowned artist, theorist and teacher, is gradually gaining recognition in the world avant-garde.
Bohomazov was one of the founders of national cubo-futurism, a synthesis of French cubism and Italian futurism that sought to convey an object in the dynamics of movement. Movement and rhythm were key elements of his creative thinking, and these ideas are reflected in the Cosmos puzzle.
This puzzle is not just a fascinating puzzle, but also an opportunity to touch the history of the Ukrainian avant-garde. Made of high quality wood, each piece of the puzzle has a unique shape, which adds extra interest to the assembly.
