Planning and technical specifications
Stuttgart has been designed as a compact yet functional space for comfortable living. The house comprises a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom and two loft bedrooms, whilst the clever use of vertical space provides additional room for relaxation without increasing the floor area. The house’s main dimensions are 7.40 x 2.55 x 3.35 m, and its length, including the drawbar, is 8.60 m.

Construction and Insulation
The Stuttgart modular house features a timber-frame construction with 100-mm-thick mineral wool insulation in the walls, floor, and roof. The walls incorporate 40 × 90 mm timber studs, a Tyvek House Wrap wind barrier, a vapour-barrier film, and 12 × 88 mm spruce internal cladding. Externally, the walls are clad in larch combined with standing seam metal, whilst the roof features a metal covering and a ventilation layer. This multi-layered construction combines thermal insulation, protection against moisture and wind, and natural timber cladding.

The interior layout features two loft bedrooms, a wooden staircase and storage space, as well as a separate kitchen and bathroom.

Interior of the Stuttgart modular house
The interior combines natural wood with practical fittings for everyday use. It features two loft bedrooms with larch flooring, a wooden staircase with storage space, a separate bathroom and a kitchen. The interior is finished with unpainted spruce panelling, allowing the natural texture of the wood to remain one of the key elements of the interior.
The kitchen is fitted with a sink, a pull-out tap and a FRANKE extractor hood, a two-ring AEG electric hob, a larch worktop and cupboards with white MDF fronts and Blum fittings; there is also space for a fridge.
The bathroom features an 80 × 120 cm shower area with a white acrylic shower tray, PVC wall cladding, a black shower system and a washbasin with storage space underneath. Space and connections are also provided for a water heater and a washing machine, but the appliances themselves are not included in the package.
The Stuttgart modular home is available in the fully fitted (‘turnkey’) version. However, you can choose the level of completion that suits you best – from a basic frame to a fully furnished option. We can also tailor the design to your needs: from selecting colours, the façade and windows to altering the layout and finishes.
