Return of goods of proper quality

Return is possible pursuant to the Law of UkraineOn Consumer Rights Protection within 14 days without purchase day.

Return is possible provided:

goods were not used;

– merchantable appearance of goods is kept;

all original labels, seals, tags, etc. are kept;

– integrity of the completeness of goods and packaging is intact;

– warranty certificate (in case of warranty for goods) and document confirming payment are kept;

product is not on the list of low-quality goods, return whereof is restricted by the resolution of the Cabinet of Minister of Ukraine (Decree No. 172 dd. March 19, 1994).

Procedure for the return of goods:

1. Check readiness of goods for return in accordance with the above conditions.

2.  Fill in all fields of an application for the return of goods.

3. Send a scan copy or a photo of filled-in and signed application, as well as document confirming payment to ligno.market@gmail.com or in a form of support service.

4. Manager of LIGNO online store will contact you within 3 days from the date of receipt of an application for return to agree details of return.

5. Send your goods and original application for return to the address agreed with a manager of LIGNO online store.

6. Upon receipt and check of goods for compliance with the requirements to return, funds for goods will be returned within 10 days.

Return of low-quality goods

Return is possible pursuant to the Law of UkraineOn Consumer Rights Protection within a warranty term for goods.

Return is possible provided:

goods are low-quality;

manufacturers significant defect is confirmed;

 warranty certificate and document confirming payment are kept;

integrity of the completeness of goods is intact;

warranty period has not expired.

Procedure for the return of goods:

1. Check readiness of goods for return in accordance with the above conditions.

2. Fill in all fields of an application for the return of goods.

3. Send a scan copy or a photo of filled-in and signed application, warranty certificate and document confirming payment to ligno.market@gmail.com or in a form of support service.

4. Manager of LIGNO online store will contact you within 3 days from the date of receipt of an application for return to agree details of return.

5. Send your goods, original application for return, copy of warranty certificate and document confirming payment to the address agreed with a manager of LIGNO online store.

6. Upon receipt and check of goods and all accompanying documents for compliance with the requirements to return, funds for goods will be returned within 10 days.

Attention!

Return of goods to a customer may be refused in case of a failure to comply with the conditions of return established by the Law of UkraineOn Consumer Rights Protection.

Consumer will be reimbursed for only the cost of goods of proper quality/low-quality goods themselves without return of the cost of delivery.

Funds will be returned in a way and currency of payment for goods (unless otherwise provided for by the issuing bank of your bank payment card), in which they have been purchased.
